Are you or a loved one living with aphasia following a stroke or brain injury? Our new small group program, facilitated by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, is designed to help you strengthen communication skills, rebuild confidence, and find connection with others on a similar journey.
Participants will practice conversational communication, word-finding strategies, supported communication techniques, reading and writing activities, and functional communication scenarios, all in a welcoming, small group setting.
The group meets twice a week for two-hour sessions over six weeks. To participate, individuals should be medically stable, able to engage in small group activities for up to two hours, and motivated to practice communication using any modality (speech, AAC, writing, or gestures).
The cost to participate is $350.
