She joined the Center following her externship in her final year. She holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in communication sciences and disorders with a concentration in deaf and hard of hearing studies. Sara\u00ed has a passion for working with the deaf and hard of hearing population, as she previously worked as an ASL interpreter and as an English and Spanish translator for many years. Her clinical interests include diagnostics, hearing aids and cochlear implants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When not at work, Sara\u00ed enjoys skating, crocheting, learning new languages and traveling the world.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sara\u00ed graduated with a Doctor in Audiology degree from Wichita State University.
